Referrals and Admissions

Peace Manor Residential Care welcome enquires and referrals from all Health Care Trust and Private Sectors. Upon referrals an arrangement would be made to conduct needs and risk assessment to ensure that service users identified needs can be fully met.

A comprehensive assessment reports including cost breakdown (fees) of providing such service is sent to Client and or advocate and if accepted, a trial period of a day visit, follow by overnight stay and weekend stay is arranged. This is to give an opportunity to meet the other clients and to consider all aspect of the home and the services being provided.

On admission, service users are expected to sign a contract of residence which includes basic rules of Occupancy and Termination of Tenancy Peace Manor will also provide information about the services provided and resources within the local area.
