Meet the Team

Peace Manor Residential Care provides 24-hour loving care and attention. Our highly trained Support workers are a team of competent, committed and experienced employees.

Peace Manor employs skilled staff with a commitment for the client group and knowledge in the sector. All new recruits follow the Care Standard Certificate as part of induction programs. This includes mandatory training in courses such as:

• Mental Health Awareness
• Health & Safety
• Challenging behavior
• Safeguarding Adults
• Deprivation of Liberty (DoL)
• Mental Capacity Act (MCA)
• First Aid

Additionally, staff are allocated mentors and are supported to undertake certificated courses in NVQ Levels 2-5, as part of Continuous Personal Development (CPD).

Other specific training is arranged to meet our clients need.

Our staff is scheduled on a 24hour rota, with staff to resident ratio of 1:3 or 1:4, depending on the clients changing needs and assessed risk, which may be 1:1.
