Accommodation

The accommodation provided are of a residential setting with shared facilities such as toilets, kitchen and a common living and dining area. Our Unit at 15 Pembroke Road has five double bedrooms and a large living area which is nicely decorated. A kitchen/ Dinner, a well kept garden and a recreational area for games and other in-house activities.

The unit has a bath and toilet on the first floor and a toilet and shower on the ground floor. Unfortunately there is no access to wheel chair users due to the internal layout of the building. Each room is furnished with single bed, wardrobe, desk, arm chair, bedside furniture with lockable drawer and a lamp. Rooms have carpet and laminated flooring for personal comfort.

The units benefit from central heating, double glazing windows, fire doors, smoke detectors and a sky TV access point in all rooms. There is also free Wi-Fi connection for internet access.

Clients are encouraged to personalise their room as they wish. Some of the suggested items include pictures, photographs. Ornaments and favorites furniture. Television and audio equipment brought in will be regularly checked by our maintenance team.

The unit is in a quiet residential area in Erith, ten minutes’ walk to Erith Train Station.There is access to local amenities including G.P, Health Centre, Dental Surgery, Leisure Centre and Post Office. The train journey from Erith Train Station to London Bridge station takes 25minutes. There are also main bus routes e.g. Buses 180, 469 and 99.
