I would describe my attitude and belief as someone who is competent, focused, pays attention to detail & a solid team member. With experience in Health and Social Care, Business Management, Auditing, and Bookkeeping, my knowledge is second to none. I communicate every single detail to my team and we liaise with various external departments such as the CQC, the local council's and also various keyworkers.
Being the CQC Nominated Individual for over 15 years has taught me how to be approachable and to deal with complicated situations effectively. My role as a Managing Director emphasizes the ability to work with everyone in the team, regardless of your position. At Peace Manor, we are all Managers. We all share one voice.
